Spooky Seas Invade SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord
Flashlight Tours and Terrifying Tanks this Halloween
Brave deep sea ocean explorers had the opportunity this Halloween to experience what SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord looks like after-dark!
The new after-hours event, called the Spooky Seas Flashlight Tour, gave visitors the opportunity to see the Aquarium in a new light (or dark), with a mystery for children to solve and creepy creatures to find including emperor scorpions, pythons and tarantulas, in a seriously fun and unique way to celebrate Halloween!
For the Spooky Seas event during October, SEA LIFE Charlotte-Concord also included monster dance parties and face painting alongside its horribly popular underwater pumpkin carving contest, with the talented SEA LIFE divers in the Ocean Habitat. And there is one resident who just loves to play with the carved pumpkins afterwards, Giant Pacific Octopus Fiona!
The giant tanks and displays throughout the attracion also experienced a spooktacular makeover for the Halloween event, including glowing skeletons.
