Ride restrictions and assisted exits
Our rides and attractions cater for all types of people, however there may be one or two rides where certain restrictions are put in place. These are there to ensure the safety of all our guests. On the rare occasion we have to assist guests from our rides, our staff are fully trained to do so safely and securely. Alton Towers Resort Operations Director, Francis Jackson explains more.
