The London Eye and The Blackpool Tower light up for National Day of Reflection

The London Eye and The Blackpool Tower have turned yellow on Tuesday 23rd March, joining landmarks across the UK as part of Marie Curie UK's National Day of Reflection.

National Day of Reflection is the anniversary of the start of lockdown in the UK last year, as a result of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The day is being marked across the UK with a minute's silence to reflect on the collective loss from the pandemic.

People are being encouraged to shine a light from their windows at home at 8pm to show their support, and together hope for a brighter future.
