London Aquarium brings the world of ocean creatures to your next video call with seven unique ZOOM backgrounds

While millions of Brits are staying at home, catching up with friends, family and work colleagues over video chats, a team of Aquarists at SEA LIFE London Aquarium are helping to keep their 500 species happy and healthy behind closed doors.

The  Aquarist team have captured video footage from seven of London Aquarium’s most popular ocean creatures to create video backgrounds that bring the underwater world to your screens at home. From sand tiger sharks to South American sea nettle jellyfish, and of course not forgetting the red-bellied piranha, these bespoke backgrounds can be uploaded to make your next ZOOM call go swimmingly.

“We’ve absolutely loved chatting with a huge number of people during our social media live streams over the last couple of weeks. We’ve heard from a lot of viewers that they were planning on visiting the attraction, so we hope that these videos will help bring a little bit of joy to their day until we can reopen and welcome back guests.”

James Robson, Senior Curator at SEA LIFE London Aquarium
