Brick Factor; finding a LEGO Master Model Builder at LEGOLAND Discovery Centres

Being a Master Model Builder at a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre has to be one of the greatest jobs in the world! But how do you find the right person for the job?

You need someone who loves all things LEGO, has a strong sense of imagination and creativity - and can of course build unforgettable LEGO creations.

To find the perfect person, LEGOLAND Discovery Centres host open auditions known as “Brick Factor”, where LEGO experts compete in three action packed building challenges to earn the role of Master Model Builder. Their builds are judged by a special panel of discerning judges, including children.

It is quite the local event, with an excited audience and eager press watching these skilled LEGO enthusiasts build their best creations. The audience also get to participate in build challenges to show off their LEGO talent.
